WARRANTY
Paddy Puff semi-consumable parts come with a one month guarantee and generally have a life expectancy of 2-5 months. This does not affect your statutory rights. The guarantee covers any manufacturer defects and covers any repairs, or replacements, if deemed to be faulty or beyond repair. This does not cover physical damage which occurs after purchase. Please keep your order number or receipt as proof of purchase. Our warranty does not extend to e-liquids, due to the nature of the products. For health and safety reasons, as well as hygiene, we cannot offer warranty on either. We can however, offer exhanges for unopened and unused e-liquid bottles. Please keep your order number or receipt as proof of purchase.
