Paddy Puff semi-consumable parts come with a one month guarantee and generally have a life expectancy of 2-5 months. This does not affect your statutory rights. The guarantee covers any manufacturer defects and covers any repairs, or replacements, if deemed to be faulty or beyond repair. This does not cover physical damage which occurs after purchase. Please keep your order number or receipt as proof of purchase.
Our warranty does not extend to e-liquids, due to the nature of the products. For health and safety reasons, as well as hygiene, we cannot offer warranty on either. We can however, offer exhanges for unopened and unused e-liquid bottles. Please keep your order number or receipt as proof of purchase.

How to use the Nicofresh eGo Lanyard
Unscrew the tank atomizer or cone from your eGo battery and slip the Lanyard collar over the battery button.
Hold it centred in place as you replace the tank atomizer or cone and ensure the button still activates correctly. (This is very important because aligning the collar incorrectly may cause the button to remain activated and damage your atomizer).
